Refund Policy — College Volleyball AI

1. Overview

College Volleyball AI wants you to be satisfied with VolleyRecruit. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and every purchase is covered by the refund rights in this policy and in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of any charge, for any reason, with no exceptions. This applies to your initial subscription payment and to each renewal. Refunds within this 14-day window are honored in full and issued to your original payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow their refund process, or contact our support team at volleyrecruitsupport@gmail.com and we will assist you.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting Paddle. Canceling stops future billing. Canceling does not on its own issue a refund, but any charge remains eligible for a full refund within the 14-day window described above.
