Refund Policy

1. Overview

College Volleyball AI wants you to be satisfied with VolleyRecruit. We offer a refund policy that balances fairness with the value our service delivers. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription payments. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both initial subscriptions and renewal payments.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow their refund process, or contact our support team at volleyrecruitsupport@gmail.com and we will assist you.

4. Refund Exceptions

No refund will be issued if a college volleyball program has expressed genuine, documented interest in recruiting you during your active subscription period. In such cases, the core value of our service has been delivered.

For the purposes of this policy, "genuine interest" means a coach or program representative has:

  • Responded to your outreach with a personalized message indicating interest
  • Invited you to campus for a visit or camp
  • Offered you a roster spot or scholarship
  • Added you to their recruiting board or database

We reserve the right to verify genuine interest with the school or program before processing or denying a refund request.

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting Paddle. Canceling stops future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current period. To receive a refund for the current period, you must submit a refund request within the 30-day window.
