Subscription payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — VolleyRecruit never sees or stores your full card number. Ambassador commission payouts go out through PayPal.

Support you can see. Never a decision made for you.
- A human writes, AI assists. Every message goes out as the athlete's own words — AI drafts are a starting point, never the final send.
- No impersonation. AI never pretends to be the athlete, the parent, or the coach in a conversation.
- Parent visibility. Parents can see how the recruiting process is going without AI standing in for their involvement.
Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors no software can guarantee. So we built it the other way around: AI supports the work. It never replaces the athlete, the parent, or the coach.

But support is not the same thing as certainty.
Built around parent consent
Signup collects a COPPA-compliant date of birth, and athletes under 18 provide a parent or guardian email as part of account consent. Structure without false certainty — for clubs, recruiting support without overpromising; for parents, visibility into the process without AI standing in for their role.
Data & security

- AI is prohibited from training on Gmail data. We never use Gmail data to train AI models. AI features read an athlete's own data only at the moment they ask a question, to answer that question — nothing is fed into general AI training.
- No selling, no ad use. We never sell Gmail or Google account data, and we never use it for advertising.

Some platforms promise what no platform should
We do not promise coach responses, offers, scholarships, admissions results, roster spots, or commitments.
- AI never sends without you. Every message is reviewed and sent by the athlete, through their own Gmail — AI does not have a send button.
- AI never invents achievements. Drafts are grounded in the athlete's own profile, stats, and film — never fabricated stats or accomplishments.
- AI never contacts data brokers about a minor. We do not sell or share an athlete's information with data brokers or advertisers.
AI-generated drafts should be treated as starting points. Athletes should review, personalize, and make sure every message sounds honest and accurate. The goal is not to automate the athlete out of recruiting — it's to help them show up better prepared.
